Today Yawning Acres is still a working farm of 40 acres of hay, and also a hobby farm that is at present home to 10 horses, 1 cow, 13 pet chickens, and 4 goats! Usually a foal born each spring, and more animals to come. Our newest venture is entertaining people with hayrides and several planned events, such as Easter Egg Hunt, Pumpkinfest, Haunted Hayrides, and this year we will be adding a christmas event. You may also rent the park for your own private celebration. The Yawning Acres family welcomes you to the farm and hopes your visit is an enjoyable experience. |
